Refund Policy

At Tess Connelly Co., we value the trust our clients place in us and strive to deliver high-quality services. However, we understand that there may be instances where you are not fully satisfied. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.
 

1. Consultation Services

All free consultation services provided by Tess Connelly Co. are non-refundable. The purpose of these consultations is to provide an initial assessment of your business needs and determine if our services are a suitable match.
 

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested under the following conditions:

  • You have a signed service agreement, and the services outlined have not yet been rendered.

  • You are dissatisfied with services already delivered, and a formal dispute is submitted within 14 days of service completion.
     

Refunds are not applicable for services where work has commenced or for services already completed unless otherwise specified in the client agreement.
 

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit your request in writing to hello@tessconnelly.co within 14 days of the service date.

  2. Provide details of the services received and the reason for requesting a refund.

  3. Tess Connelly Co. will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
     

4. Review and Approval Process

Once a refund request is received, we will assess the situation and determine if the request meets our refund criteria. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days. Any charges incurred from third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) may be deducted from the refund amount.
 

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are not eligible for a refund:

  • Services that have already been fully delivered as per the client agreement.

  • Custom services or projects specifically tailored to your business once work has commenced.

  • Any third-party software or service fees incurred during the project.
     

6. Service Cancellations

If you choose to cancel services prior to the agreed-upon start date, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund based on the scope of work and any preparation already completed. Cancellation terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement.
 

7. Changes to the Refund Policy

Tess Connelly Co. reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
