Why I Started This Business
My passion for bringing clarity to chaos led me to found Tess Connelly Co. With experience as a people operations manager, along with roles in events and marketing, administration, communications, and leading teams in various settings, I’ve seen firsthand how inefficient systems can hinder even the most talented teams.
I’ve also started my own businesses, giving me unique insights into the challenges of managing operations while trying to grow. Recently, my husband, Taipari, joined me in this endeavour, and together we share a passion for people, business, and creating systems that work for you with ease.
I realised that disjointed tech stacks, scattered documents, and manual processes create significant obstacles. That’s when I realised, I wanted to help businesses like yours thrive by creating tailor-made systems that work for you, not against you.
I believe that every business has the potential to flourish when armed with the right tools and strategies. My mission is to merge creativity with strategic organisation, ensuring that as you grow, your systems evolve right alongside you.
